Maintenance Scope:

  1. Installation of new infrastructure to support the updating of security equipment, including cameras, card readers, door contractors, weapon management systems, campus wide. The infrastructure would include:

i.      Conduit and boxes for cabling.

ii.      New Doors and Door Hardware as required for the new controls

  1. Replace and Add new Exterior Light Fixtures including the controls for the fixtures. These fixtures include:

i.      Replace Existing Wall Packs

ii.      Replace Existing Canopy Soffit Type Light Fixtures with new LEDs

iii.      Replace Heads on Existing Light Poles with new LED fixtures and paint the poles.

iv.      Install new Light Poles and Heads West of the Competition Gym for dark areas on site.

  1. Replace the 60’ wide Aviation Door in Building A1. Would include all new hardware and railings.

Additions Scope:

  1. An addition of a new Field House (Building D3) attached to building F1. The facility will house:

i.      i. Football Locker rooms.

ii.      ii. General Locker room.

iii.      Training Facility

iv.      iv. Weight Room

v.      Coaches’ offices

vi.      The new building is also to be used as one of two storm shelters.

  1. An addition to building MB3 for a new Performing Arts Wing (Building MB5) housing:

 i.      Orchestra

ii.      Orchestra Room

iii.      Orchestra Practice Rooms

iv.      Orchestra Ensemble Room

v.      Orchestra Office

vi.      Orchestra Library

vii.      Choir

viii.      Choir Room

ix.      Choir Practice rooms

x.      Choir Office

Renovation Scope:

  1. Development of a Secure Entry adjacent to the front of the Auditorium in building MB4.
  2. Renovation of the existing Band and Choir (building D3) will be renovated for:

i.      Band Offices

ii.      Band Hall

iii.      Band Library

iv.      Band Work Room

v.      Band Equipment Storage

vi.      Piano Storage

vii.      Doors between the shop and the doors to the Theater Stage for direct scene movement

viii.      Band practice room enhancements.

ix.      Access to the dock for material loading.

  1. Resurfacing the existing corridors walls with new ceramic tiles buildings B, G, MB1, MB2, and MB3.

i.      Includes removal of some lockers

  1. Renovation of a set of existing student toilet rooms in building MB3.

Alternates include:

Alternate 1 - Replacement of the curtain wall at the front of the Auditorium

Alternate 2 - Replacement of fencing around the aviation storage, which includes visual screening.

Alternate 3 - Power washing of the building’s exterior.

Alternate 4 – Building Edge Lighting

Alternate 5 - Renovation of the existing weight room in Building D2 for:

i.      Baseball Locker Rooms

ii.      Softball Locker Rooms

iii.      Soccer Locker rooms

iv.      Coaches’ Offices

v.      Storage

vi.      Vestibules to the exterior.

vii.      Connects with Basketball and Volleyball locker rooms
