Our Story
Building on Purpose Since 1994
Since 1994, the team at REEDER has provided the Texas construction industry with a solid reputation of integrity and performance. We take pride in our ability to build quality, cost effective buildings by creating a new type of construction culture. The goal is always to represent the client’s best interests by providing upfront communication and a dedicated management team. Our purpose is not just to build another great building, but to help create a construction process that will satisfy the needs and wants of every client, every step of the way.
Our Core Values
Servant Leadership
We embrace the principle of servant leadership. It's not just about managing projects; it's about serving our clients, employees, and communities. We believe that true leadership is rooted in humility, empathy, and a commitment to putting others' needs first. Our leaders lead by example, working side by side with our teams to ensure every project is a success. We understand that by serving others, we build trust and lasting relationships, which are the foundations of our success.
Family
Family is at the heart of everything we do at REEDER Construction. Our company was founded on the values of trust, respect, and unity, which are the cornerstones of every strong family. We view our employees and clients as an extension of our family, and we treat them with the same care and respect. We prioritize work-life balance, recognizing that our employees have families to go home to. Our commitment to the well-being of our REEDER family is unwavering, and it's what sets us apart in the construction industry.
Safety
Safety is our top priority at REEDER Construction. We believe that every person who steps onto one of our job sites deserves to return home safely each day. Our commitment to safety goes beyond compliance; it's a fundamental value that guides our actions. We invest in rigorous training, implement the latest safety protocols, and foster a culture of awareness and responsibility. We know that a safe work environment not only protects our employees but also ensures the successful completion of every project. When you choose REEDER, you choose a partner who puts safety first, always.
Leadership

Lane Reeder
Starting out as field superintendent in 2001, Lane advanced to Chief Operations Officer by 2010. Beginning with a ground up knowledge of construction processes, Lane has helped to transform our company systems; everything from creating a hiring matrix, to insure we hire the “right” individuals, to hands on training for project managers and engineers. He also has a keen understanding of contracts and finance, working strategically with executive management to hit our targets.
His leadership has been an integral part of taking our company from revenues of about $5 million in 2006 to over $200 million in 2023. Lane lives close to the TCU campus in Fort Worth with his wife and two daughters. His hobbies include spending time with his family, snow skiing, and he loves being outdoors.

Cole Reeder
Beginning as field superintendent in 2006, Cole and his blue collar work ethic positioned him as Vice President of Preconstruction by 2012. Cole has been instrumental in implementing conceptual and fixed estimating and costs analysis systems, due diligence, and constructability models, many of which are proprietary tools of the trade. With his ground up knowledge of the commercial construction industry, Cole has also been instrumental in mentoring, business development, key account management, and contract negotiation working closely with staff, trade partners, vendors, architects, and owners.
His leadership has been integral in growing our revenues to over $200 million and creating a company that made the honor roll of Fort Worth Inc.’s, 45 Best Companies to Work for three years in a row. He is an avid hunter, loves to cook (and eat), and enjoys hitting fairways and greens. He resides in Brock with his wife and 4 children.

Wes Reeder
Founding the company in 1994, Wes built Reeder General Contractors, Inc with a foundation based on relationships and culture. Wes still works to empower not only the people of REEDER, but also has developed a corporate commitment to give back to the community and to local charities. When he and his wife aren’t spending time at their homes in Texas and Arizona, or on the ranch, Wes enjoys golfing and looking for new business opportunities.
