REEDER Announces Promotions of Long-time Leaders

REEDER Construction is kicking 2024 off with a major announcement: the appointment of two long-time leaders to new positions. 

FORT WORTH, Texas – Jan. 15, 2024 – REEDER Construction (Reeder General Contractors, Inc.), one of the top construction management firms in North Texas, has announced the promotion of Lane Reeder to Chief Executive Officer and Cole Reeder to President. 

Lane Reeder’s duties integrate closely with risk management, human resources, finance, and operations. Cole Reeder has led the preconstruction and estimating department since 2010. He will continue in that role along with a greater emphasis on business development, client relationships, and system integration. 

Their leadership has led to industry achievements for REEDER such as: Fort Worth Inc. magazine’s “45 Best Companies to Work For,” numerous certificates of recognition for safety excellence, and a number of project awards. Both men have been recognized in the Fort Worth Business Press “40 under 40” profiles for their achievements. They have been an integral part of leading the company’s strategic initiatives and growing revenues to more than $200 million in 2023.

Wes Reeder, the company’s founder and previous President, has transitioned to the role of Chairman and Chief Advisor. “Our company goals are to expand and diversify, but to maintain our culture,” said Wes Reeder. “We are seeing the kind of growth in the DFW market that will give us those opportunities, not just for public sector projects, but for private partnerships, real estate investment, and development.”
