President & CEO
Founding the company in 1994, Wes has built a foundation based on relationships and culture. As an executive leader, Wes works to empower not only the people of REEDER, but also has developed a corporate commitment to give back to the community and to local charities. When he and his wife aren’t spending time at their home in Eagle Mountain Lake, Wes enjoys golfing and looking for new business opportunities.
Vice President & COO
Lane started work at REEDER in 2001 and currently focuses on company structure development and executive management. Lane lives close to the TCU campus in Fort Worth with his wife and two daughters. His hobbies include spending time with his family, snow skiing and he loves being outdoors.
VP & Director of Estimating
Over the past 10 years, Cole has helped develop the company by centering his efforts around client & subcontractor relationships. He also spearheads the pre-construction department at REEDER. He is an avid hunter, loves to cook (and eat) and enjoys hitting fairways and greens. He resides in Brock with his wife and 2 children.
Pam is a Baylor graduate with a diverse background in both the public and private accounting sector. Her professional relationship with REEDER began over twelve years ago as one of our outside CPA’s. Pam now serves as our CFO and oversees the financial operations of the company. She and her husband live on 30 acres near Springtown, but spend most weekends traveling to visit both her children at college (Kansas State and University of Missouri).
